Nigeria’s recorded the lowest daily infection figures since the COVID-19 outbreak in February on Sunday night with just 100 new infections which pushed the country’s total infections to 55,005.
According to the update by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), made public via its verified Twitter handle, @NCDCgov, the 100 infections were gathered from nine states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and the breakdown is as follows:
