Nigeria Record 594 New Cases Of COVID-19

Nigeria record 594 new cases of the novel COVID-19 which took the total infection case to 22,614, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said on Thursday.

Nigeria recorded 649 cases on Wednesday, but it reduced to 594 on Thursday. The death rate also rises to 549 from 542.

According to the health agency, Lagos state recorded the highest number with 159 as it reduced drastically compared to yesterday’s 250 cases. Delta and Ondo followed suit with 106 and 44 cases respectively.
