Nigeria Records 221 New Cases Of COVID-19

Nigeria record new cases of the novel COVID-19 which took the total infection case in the country to 53,021, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said on Wednesday.

Nigeria recorded 252 cases on Tuesday, but it reduced to 221 on Wednesday. The death rate also increased from 1007 to 1,010.

According to the health agency, Lagos state recorded the fifth highest number with 17 new cases compared to yesterday’s 28 numbers of cases which shows the numbers reduces massively today.
