Nigeria Records 476 New Cases Of COVID-19

Nigeria record 476 new cases of the novel COVID-19 which took the total infection case in the country to 50,964, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said on Thursday.

Nigeria recorded 593 cases on Wednesday, but it reduced to 476 on Thursday. The death rate also increased from 985 to 992.

According to the health agency, Lagos state recorded the highest number with 235 new cases compared to yesterday’s 172 numbers of cases which shows the numbers increased massively today.

FCT recorded the second highest number with 44 new cases as Kaduna state came third with 41 new cases.
