Nigeria Records 437 New Cases Of COVID-19

Nigeria recorded 437 new cases of the novel COVID-19 which took the total infection case in the country to 46,577, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said on Sunday.

Nigeria recorded 453 cases on Saturday, but it reduced to 437 on Sunday. The death rate also increased from 942 to 945.

According to the health agency, Lagos state recorded the highest number with 107 new cases compared to Saturday’s 71 numbers of cases which shows the numbers rises drastically yet again.

FCT recorded the second highest number with 91 cases as Plateau state recorded 81 new cases.
