Nigeria record 481 new cases of the novel COVID-19 which took the total infection case to 42,689, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said on Thursday.
Nigeria recorded 404 cases yesterday, but it increases to 481 today. The death rate also rises to 878 from 873.
According to the health agency, Lagos state recorded the second highest number with 89 compared to yesterday’s 106 cases. FCT recorded the highest with 96 as Plateau State recorded 68 new cases.
