Lagos, Plateau Tops List As Nigeria Records 648 New Cases Of COVID-19

Nigeria record 648 new cases of the novel COVID-19 which took the total infection case to 41,180, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said on Monday.

Nigeria recorded 555 cases on Sunday, but it increases to 648 on Monday. The death rate also rises to 860 from 858.

According to the health agency, Lagos state recorded the highest number with 180 compared to yesterday’s 156 cases. Plateau state followed with 148 as FCT recorded 44 new cases.
