Nigeria have recorded 626 new cases of the deadly COVID-19 which took the total infection case to 27,110, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said on Thursday.
Nigeria recorded its highest number of cases with 790 cases on Wednesday, but decreased to 626. The death rate has also risen to 616.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC in their report on Thursday night confirmed that Lagos state came out with the highest number of infected cases with 193, followed by FCT with 85 new cases.
