Nigeria Record 490 New Cases Of Coronavirus

Nigeria record 490 new cases of the novel COVID-19 which took the total infection case to 17,148, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said on Tuesday.

Nigeria recorded 573 cases yesterday, but it reduced to 490 today. The death rate also rises to 455 from 424.

According to the health agency, Lagos state recorded the highest number with 142 followed by FCT with 60 and Bayelsa with 54.

Other states with new cases of COVID-19 today includes; Rivers, Delta, Oyo, Kaduna, Imo, Enugu, Kwara, Gombe, Ondo, Bauchi, Ogun, Borno, Benue.
